Musings: News update

We went on a trip in January to check out the city and make sure it was a place we wanted to move. And even in the winter it was beautiful and we found lots of fun things to do and hung out with a lot of cool people. We felt at home, as we had in London, and that was the feeling we were looking for.

News update

Wow it has been a while since I have posted. Sorry about that. Hmmm what has been going on?

For Thanksgiving Chris and I went to Orange County via train. It was a lot of fun. It took about 35 hours to get there and then again to get back. So even though we took the whole week we only had a few days to spend with his family. I will work on posting pictures from that soon.

Lola spent the week in boarding. She came home with pink eye and a respiratory infection but now with meds she is quickly on the mend.

And I am 8 weeks pregnant.

I haven't seen the midwife yet (they want to see me at 9 weeks) so bare in mind it is still early.
I wanted to send out cute Christmas cards with an announcement but it is hard to conceal how crappy I feel so I tell you now, on my blog. Hopefully I will still send out cute Christmas cards, though they may be a little late.
