These are some of the projects I have completed recently.
Clouds on a onsie. and my most recent creation, baby boots fromthis pattern. I made it from the scraps of a bag I made a long long time ago. I love the little jungle print and I am glad I could use it even if no one will ever see it. The grippy fabric for the soles I found at Joann's. I may look online for other colors.
One side folded down to show the lining. I think next time I will make the boot wider at the top and taller. I will also pay attention and make a right and a left instead of two right feet.
My cheerful rags to replace paper towels made from cotton and terry cloth with surged edges. I started these after I readthis blog post. I cut eight of each color from two fat quarters. I love them and plan to make some more. So easy and so satisfying.
I made labels for my jars since I am buying a lot of bulk foods lately. I printed the words on paper then cut them out and added them to bits of scrap paper and stickers.
These pom pom flowers I was inspired to make after seeingthis on Craftzine.
I have been enjoying my crafting lately. There is a tunic I want to make. It would go perfect with my fantasy spring outfit of tights and boots with skirts or dresses. I will have to be brave to make myself some clothes. I am ready though. I am tired of not finding things that fit or that are cute, or that work with nursing. I am just going to have to woman up and do it. Wish me luck.
